Former head of U.S. Counterintelligence Michelle Van Cleave joins Frank to talk about the recently broken up Russian spy ring and expresses concern over the rushed effort to initiate a spy swap with Russia. Homeland Security’s refusal to recognize legitimate safety issues does not bode well for our national security.
