Rep. Trent Franks, Erick Stakelbeck, Steven Malloy

Tuesday Dec 13, 2011
Representative Trent Franks of Arizona joins Frank to offer his opinion as to Newt Gingrich’s claim that America is susceptible to an Electro Magnetic Pulse attack. As a result of America’s growing reliance on technology, the risk of an EMP attack has grown considerably. We must secure our electric grids and according to many federal agencies, an EMP attack is one of the most serious attacks facing America and the only attack that could truly devastate American infrastructure and security. The New York Times dismissing this threat is unfounded and irresponsible. What affect could this article have on Congresses opinion to handle this threat? America must take this threat seriously and therefore protect our grid so our infrastructure as well as defensive systems can continue to operate. Representative Franks also weighs in on Secretary Clinton’s meeting with the OIC as well as Obama’s policy to work with the Islamic community before allowing agents to be trained on the Islamic threat. We are not being realistic and if America does not change the president next year, who knows where this country will head. Even a condemned murderer is afforded his religious freedom because it is such a basic right, therefore how can Senator Dick Durbin work to remove the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.
Erick Stakelbeck of “Stakelbeck on Terror” gives a lesson on Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the most influential Muslim cleric in the world. He is the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood and the host of ‘Sharia and Life” on al-Jazeera. This show airs throughout the Middle East and Europe which allows his influence to grow. This man was banished from Egypt under the Mubarak regime, but has since returned and delivers Friday prayers to over 1 million Muslims. During this sermon he led a chant of “On to Jerusalem, martyrs in the millions.” How can the Obama Administration or anyone else for that matter, claim this man is a moderate and works for peace? Erick also details the meeting between Secretary Clinton and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). What might come out of this 3 day conference? Could America truly lose its freedom of speech? The OIC wants the U.S. to sign onto Sharia blasphemy laws which would not only prohibit any American from speaking out or criticizing the Quran and Islam, but make it illegal requiring jail time. What is happening to American freedom of speech and
Steven Malloy, author of Junkscience.com, explains how the civilized world is being fooled into paying huge sums of money to combat “man-made” climate change. Many nations are pulling out of the Kyoto Protocol and instead are trying to come up with a new legal agreement to reduce global pollution. In 2009, President Obama agreed to provide $100 billion from all developed countries, with the U.S. already providing $3.5 billion to combat man-made climate change. We are told we must cut our deficit by slashing the Defense Budget, yet we can spend $3.5 billion to combat something that has yet to be proven. Without hard, concrete, irrefutable evidence how can America spend billions of dollars to combat something that may not be real? After Climategate, how can we trust anything scientists claim about climate control? Without a new president, America will keep throwing money away aat a project that has yet to be confirmed as a threat.

Monday Dec 12, 2011
Ben Birnbaum, Rep. Louie Gohmert, Gordon Chang
Monday Dec 12, 2011
Monday Dec 12, 2011
Ben Birnbaum of the Washington Times joins Frank to explain what is happening inside Venezuela. Pablo Perez is a rising political opponent to Chavez’s regime and could contest the long standing leader in the upcoming election. Pablo Perez seems to pro-American which is in stark contrast with the current Venezuelan policy under Chavez. Will Chavez make it to the election? If Chavez does not make it to the election, who would take over for him and could that person beat Perez in a fair election? America should not get overly involved in the opposition because it could be seen as American interference and potentially hurt opposition support.
Representative Louie Gohmert spends time with Frank to try and clarify what Eric Holder and the DOJ is trying to do with respect to the Fast and Furious debacle. Eric Holder testified on May 3 that he only heard about Fast and Furious a few weeks prior which documents from DOJ showed to be false. DOJ provided Congress with over 100 pages of irrelevant documents in order to obscure the truth. The Attorney General of the United States is supposed to uphold the law, but Eric Holder broke the law when he lied during a Congressional hearing. Isn’t it time for him to go? According the Attorney General Holder, a few weeks and a few months aren’t really that different when referring to the time when he found out about this operation. Holder either misled Congress intentionally or negligently, either way his credibility is ruined. Holder has failed to produce and evidence pertaining to the Inspector General’s investigation into Fast and Furious. According to Holder, he and the IG are so close that they don’t need a formal order; the Attorney General and IG should not have that close of a relationship. No matter how you break it down, Holder is incompetent and should be removed from his position. How come other Attorney Generals have been removed for less offenses, but yet Obama will not remove this one? Congressman Gohmert also touches on the fact that the Obama Administration is handcuffing U.S. agents trying to fight Islamic extremism as well as the fact the Obama Administration not allowing this threat to be properly characterized and spoken about among government officials.
Gordon Chang gives his analysis as to what is happening in China. China seems to be using its maritime fleet of fishing trawlers to push their territorial boundaries. A Chinese trawler went into South Korean waters and ended up killing a South Korean Coast Guardsman. At what point will America and other Asian nations push back against China’s aggressive expansionism? There are 10 major hacking groups in China, which cannot be formed without some form of government knowledge and support, which are attacking civilian as well as government instillations within the United States as well as other nations. Could this hacking have played a part in the Iranians acquiring a U.S. drone? What are the implications of China getting a hold of this drone? The Chinese/Iranian relationship is growing more nefarious by the day and this unholy alliance could pose serious security risks to the United States as well as other nations. We cannot negotiate arms control treaties with Russia, without including China because the Chinese may have thousands of strategic missiles hidden inside these underground tunnels that have been discovered in China.

Frank Gaffney, Cynthia Farahat, Joel Rosenberg, Bill Gertz
Friday Dec 09, 2011
Friday Dec 09, 2011
First, Frank Gaffney joins Fred Grandy, who is hosting the show today, to discuss recent developments from this week. The central theme seems to be that the world is becoming increasing dangerous by the day and our administration is failing to recognize it. On Wednesday, the Senate and House homeland security committees held their first-ever joint hearing to address the threat from "homegrown" terrorists, particularly terrorist infiltration of the military. While these committee members see this issue as a serious threat, the administration refuses to use the necessary language to accurately identify the enemy. In addition, the recent discovery of a massive Chinese tunnel network that is likely being used to conceal China’s nuclear force, further demonstrates the blind eye we are turning to our enemies.
Next Cynthia Farahat joins Fred to discuss her role as one of the principal witnesses that testified in front of the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission on December 7th. As a Coptic Christian who recently escaped Egypt, Cynthia has had a firsthand account of the violence towards Coptic Christians, liberals, and moderate Muslims at the hands of the Egyptian military. Cynthia, along with the other witnesses, calls for an end to the US military aid that is being sent to Egypt. At the very least something must be done to “condition” this aid. This would be a positive first step towards the democracy that Cynthia believes is possible for Egypt.
What does the future of the Middle East look like and what could happen if an American president miscalculates with regards to Iran? Joel Rosenberg joins Fred Grandy to discuss his new book, The Tehran Initiative, which paints an amazing realistic picture of how this scenario might unfold. The plot revolves around a CIA operative who is sent to Iran to identify its nuclear sites and sabotage them in order to prevent a war between the United States and Iran and also the high probability of a preemptive attack from Jerusalem. Given today’s political climate in which the Obama administration is trying to water-down the recent bi-partisan agreement for strict Iranian sanctions as well as weaken our relationship with Israel, the issues in Rosenberg’s book are a real possibility.
Today’s show concludes with Bill Gertz, national security editor at the Washington Times. Bill discusses the controversy regarding Obama’s nominee for the next US ambassador to Moscow, Michael McFaul. This issue demonstrates the current administration’s policy of seeking more friendly nuclear relations with Russia. Unfortunately in the case of arms control, the United States is the only country abiding by such agreements, whereas countries like Russia, China, and Iran continue to strengthen. We know these countries are spying on us; we are even losing large amounts of technological information through cyber espionage. So why do we continue the pattern of willful blindness?

Thursday Dec 08, 2011
Fred Grandy, David Satter, Charles Jacobs, Rep. Todd Akin
Thursday Dec 08, 2011
Thursday Dec 08, 2011
Fred Grandy joins Frank to explain the Islamist agenda to suppress American liberties. There is an “unholy” alliance between the Egyptian military and the Muslim Brotherhood in which to create a Sharia compliant state and persecute those who do not adhere to this strict Islamic law. What does this mean for those who seek freedom in Egypt? Is this the future of the Arab Spring? Currently the U.S. aid is being used to buy weapons that are being used against minorities in Egypt. Will America keep giving money to these Sharia compliant regimes?
David Satter explains what is happening in Russia. The Russian people are sick and tired of the elite political party, the United Party, which has had their stranglehold over the people and the nation’s wealth. The United Party got less than 50% of voter support in recent elections showing Putin and his party that people will no longer tolerate the bribery, corruption and intimidation that have run rampant throughout Russia. Will Russia finally turn a corner towards true democracy or is this a hollow vote? What alternatives do the Russian people have? The Communist party has garnered more support in the wake of the United Party’s weakening, but will Russia fall back to Communism or is there no better option? Unfortunately, Vladimir Putin will be re-elected but his time of being unchallenged is over; what will this clash mean for Russian security?
Charles Jacobs visits Frank to explain the work being done in Nashville, Tennessee. Jacobs and his supporters work to combat the growing threat from radical Muslims within the United States. Jacobs works to vet and expose the stealth jihadists within the United States in hopes that liberal academics, politicians and other influential members of society will no longer bend over backwards to appease the ones who wish to either control or kill Americans. When will Americans open their eyes to the threat from the stealth jihad? Jacobs explains the increased hatred of Jews from the Muslim community, but notes that the American Jewish community has done little to combat this growing tide of anti-Semitism because they wish to be politically correct and not offend anyone even those who wish to kill them. Has political correctness gone too far? Which is more important, political correctness or security?
Rep. Todd Akin joins Fred Grandy inside the Cloakroom to discuss the defense cuts. Before the sequestration cuts, DOD has already cut somewhere between $450-$600 billion which is the equivalent of 45 aircraft carries. This is already a huge cut before the Pentagon even gets to the sequestration cuts. There is a false idea that these cuts take place in 2013 and therefore does not apply to security today. The military is already making cuts today, in anticipation for the cuts in 2013. The Navy will be decommissioning 50 ships, taking the number of available ships down to 290 ships. As recently as 1990, the Navy had almost doubled that number. Our military is about half of what it was in 1990, how can they provide adequate security? How can our navy patrol the globe with its size? 90% of all commerce travels through water therefore our navy must patrol the seas to provide security to those products. What can be done to help ensure national and global security? Is Obamacare and Entitlements more important than security?

Wednesday Dec 07, 2011
Clare Lopez, Special Agent Jeffrey Scott, Jim Hanson
Wednesday Dec 07, 2011
Wednesday Dec 07, 2011
Clare Lopez spends time with Frank to explain what is happening inside the Islamic Republic of Iran, a thorn in America’s side. Nuclear scientists turning up dead, the destruction of a missile facility and the most recent accident at an alleged weapons research facility; is Iran having a string of bad luck or is there more to these accidents? There seems to be a campaign to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons program, but is the campaign coming from inside Iran or are there outside forces at work? The shockwave from the explosion at the ballistic missile facility was felt over 30kms away. This facility developed the delivery system needed for Iran’s ballistic missiles that would carry weapons of mass destruction; nuclear, biological or chemical. The buildings within this facility were completely flattened and the Iranian regime has quickly closed ranks around the incident, but there is something brewing within the regime. The regime knows it’s in trouble, the world knows that the people do not support this regime anymore and they must be fearful of being the target from factions inside and outside the country. The friction between the supreme leader and the president has grown showing dissent from within the regime itself. Putting the IRGC on alert shows the insecurity that the regime has against its own people and other nations. Could this insecurity lead to a preemptive strike against American interests? What would a nuclear weapon mean to a regime that is insecure of its own survival? DEA Agent Jeffrey Scott joins Frank to explain the discovery of one of the most elaborate underground tunnels from Tijuana to San Diego. The San Diego Tunnel Task Force was created to combat this growing tactic used by the drug cartels. In the last four years, DEA has discovered around 75 underground tunnels from Mexico into the United States. There are “rudimentary tunnels that are nothing more than gopher holes,” interconnected tunnels that use existing construction such as sewer tunnels and then there are the sophisticated tunnels which are large scale and employ elevators, running water, electricity and other means to support large amounts of narcotics and traffickers. These sophisticated tunnels do pose a problem to investigators do to their complexity and the almost unlimited resources available to the cartels. When agents do discover these tunnels, the seizure is significant and hits the cartels hard. This particular tunnel which was 612 yards long with lights, steel doors and electric cars to carry drugs yielded 32 tons of marijuana with a street value of $50-$60 million which will be difficult for the cartels to replace. With cartels becoming more ingenious, what will this mean for American security? Jim Hanson provides a boots-on the-ground analysis of the situation in Afghanistan. The president has failed to not only provide the troops with the proper resources to ensure total victory, but he failed to create a clear objective for the military to achieve. The Taliban have achieved their objective by waiting the Americans out just like the mujahedeen did against the Soviets. For Secretary of State Clinton to announce that America will play a role in Afghanistan even after the 2014 pull out is just ridiculous because everyone knows that once the Americans leave the Taliban will come back to power and regain all the territory they lost. The Afghan security forces do not have the capabilities to maintain the level of security that America has provided and without completely removing all Taliban opposition, there is no way to ensure future Afghan security. Will American forces return to Afghanistan if the Taliban comes back to power? Why does the president have no interest in securing Afghanistan? And what does the recent developments in the U.S./Pakistan relationship mean for Afghan operations? Jim also explains Leon Panetta’s about-face on the defense cuts and what that means to the troops themselves. How can our troops effectively protect our nation without the proper resources which cost money?

Tuesday Dec 06, 2011
Jon Perdue, Stephen Hunter, Andy McCarthy
Tuesday Dec 06, 2011
Tuesday Dec 06, 2011
Jon Perdue spends time with Frank to explain the relationship between Hugo Chavez in Venezuela and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Venezuela. The Iranian Quds Force is helping to train Venezuelan forces to prevent any dissention within Venezuela. Venezuelan military officials have claimed they will not support any new regime even if they are democratically elected. It has been reported that the IRG (Iranian Republican Guard) worked with the students that overran the British Embassy to prevent dissention within Iran. With Iran having a U.S. stealth drone, it is only a matter of time before Venezuela gets their hands on that technology. How long will it take Chavez to reverse engineer the drone? What are the implications of one of Iran’s top military officers being caught in Bolivia?
Author Stephen Hunter speaks with Frank about his new book “Soft Target.” Hard targets are heavily defended instillations whereas soft targets are civilians and instillations that are not protected such as malls. The story centers around armed terrorists taking control of a mall in America, a plotline that could very easily come to fruition. Stephen also speaks about the evolution of terrorism and how there will always be terrorists because there will always be people who are easily manipulated or bribed into committing terrorist acts. Is there any real solution to terrorism? How do we combat an enemy who is willing to die for what he believes in?
Andy McCarthy and Frank converse on the topic of submission and how the Obama Administration is enacting policy that forces American serviceman to submit to Islamic culture. The Islamists waged a domestic war for submission against America over ten years ago and are winning that war. America needs a leader that will stand up for the Constitution and American values instead of submitting to the wishes of certain communities. Andy also speaks on how the Muslim Brotherhood is creeping into Egyptian society, pushing their way into power positions in order to have a say in Egypt’s future. Finally, Andy speaks to the ridiculous allegations by Sen. Paul that American civil liberties are at risk as a result of the bill Sen. McCain and Levin. This is completely outlandish considering the bill just reinforces current law.

Monday Dec 05, 2011
Diana West, Christian Adams, Gordon Chang
Monday Dec 05, 2011
Monday Dec 05, 2011
Diana West spends two segments with Frank to explain the future of Afghanistan after the 2014 U.S. troop pullout. In an upcoming conference pertaining to Afghanistan’s future, the EU and US are working together to develop a new program called the “New Silk Road.” This will create a pipeline from Asia to Europe for the purpose of commerce. Roads in Afghanistan are not safe as they are; add money to the mix and these roads will become suicidal. After 2014, America will be leaving an environment of chaos with Taliban and Iranian influence along with broken civil works. Without supreme victory in Afghanistan, what will America have accomplished in Afghanistan when we pull out? Without destroying the Taliban, what will keep them from coming back after American troops leave? West also explains how liberal ideologues in Afghanistan are trying to create a perfect society and change the Muslim man. This is unrealistic and costing lives because troops are trying to change a culture which enrages the members of that culture. When will Obama open his eyes and look at Afghanistan through a realistic perspective instead of liberal social experiment? Are the troops in Afghanistan submitting to Sharia? Policies governing US troops are requiring them to show respect to Islam and honor Islamic cultural practices and these policies dictate military behavior. Who is leading the American armed forces? Isn’t this form of submission exactly what the Islamists want and fight for? What will come out of the conference between Secretary of State Clinton and the OIC? Christian Adams, a former member of the Department of Justice, sheds light on a nefarious group of militant, racial activists in Guam who are rigging government elections in order to remove U.S. military presence in the country. Only members of the native Chamarro ethnicity are allowed to vote. Guam is a strategic U.S. territory with bomber and submarine bases. Tragically, the Holder Justice Department does not seem to care about the plight of minorities in Guam. Holder is continuing his pattern of upholding voting laws in a racially unfair fashion. If the U.S. military can no longer use Guam as a strategic base, what would that mean for forces in the Pacific? Attorney General Holder either needs to start applying equality to the law or step down from his position. How come the president has not taken issue with this especially since he has claimed the Pacific is a strategic interest to the US? Guam is the most important base west of Hawaii in the American pacific arsenal. The Obama Administration is even using American tax dollars to show support for this racially discriminating election. The Obama-Holder Justice Department is using racially unequal enforcement of the laws to push their own agenda increase their power over Americans. Weekly Asian expert Gordon Chang speaks on new developments in China. India and China were supposed to have talks over their border disputes, but this was put on hold when India invited the Dali Lama to speak at an event. The Indians told China they would not allow the Chinese to interfere with internal events. More and more countries in the region are becoming concerned with China’s belligerent remarks and the Indians standing up to China sets the tone for the region, they will not be bullied. China is not trying to adjust and placate their neighbors, but is increasing their belligerence. This can only mean that China will clash with their neighbors and America in the future. The Chinese economy is clearly slipping dramatically and there is concern that in order to avert notice to this problem, the Chinese government will start to engage in misguided military campaigns under the guise of nationalism. The military is increasingly setting their own foreign policy which is extremely dangerous. Will China directly engage in conflict with America or will they engage American allies who will pull American forces into the mix? What kind of economic trajectory is China on? The Chinese military is arrogant and spoiling for a fight, what will this mean for regional security?

Friday Dec 02, 2011
Fred Grandy, Rep. Gus Bilirakis, Mike Foreman, Bill Gertz
Friday Dec 02, 2011
Friday Dec 02, 2011
Fred Grandy joins Frank to explain the upcoming hearings in the Lantos Human Rights Committee which will shed light on the truth behind the Arab Spring. Truth is the Arab Spring is nothing more than a platform to persecute religious minorities such as the Coptic Christians in Egypt. The Arab Spring is providing the Islamist agenda to come to power which will cause these “new democracies,” such as Egypt, to look more like Pakistan than Turkey as the State Department has claimed; although Turkey is looking more like Pakistan these days. Where is the U.S. government in all this? Also, Secretary of State Clinton claims that the U.S. could work with the Muslim Brotherhood; does she know who they are? Secretary Clinton is hosting the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) which pushes a Sharia agenda as the determinant for human rights. The OIC is now trying to push for anti-blasphemy laws in America which would make it a criminal offense to speak ill of Islam. Ever hear of the First Amendment?
Rep. Gus Bilirakis joins Fred Grandy inside the Cloakroom to further dig into the plight of the Coptic Christians in Egypt. Should the U.S. keep sending $1.3 billion in military aid to Egypt each year? 14 million Christians, over 10% of the population, are being persecuted. Is this aid being used to kill Coptic Christians? America is the leader of the free world and it’s time for America to lead.
Former Orange County SWAT Commander Mike Foreman explains the growing concern among law enforcement officials of the use of IEDs in the U.S. Mike explains the improvements in equipment, training, understanding and information sharing that has helped law enforcement to combat this threat. Homeland Security’s Trip Wire initiative which is “designed to prevent, identify, and disrupt” the use of IEDs in America is one such improvement. Mike Foreman also speaks on the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program which helps supplement the budgets of small and medium law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S. so every law enforcement officer has a vest when he goes to work. What are the advancements in these new vests and how will they help law enforcement better serve the community?
Weekly guest Bill Gertz sheds light on the Obama Administrations new concessions to the Russians pertaining to arms control. Does Obama want America to be completely defenseless? Gertz also talks about Congressman Wolf’s efforts to find the results of a Commerce Department study that could potential show that Chinese telecommunications systems have infiltrated American telecommunication systems. This is the result of a massive economic and technological espionage operation set up by the Chinese a decade ago. China not only steals American information, but also plants viruses into American systems and when we need that technology the most it won’t be there. When will Obama open his eyes to this threat?

Thursday Dec 01, 2011
Rep. Doug Lamborn, Christian Whiton, Roger Noriega, Jim Hanson
Thursday Dec 01, 2011
Thursday Dec 01, 2011
Rep. Doug Lamborn from Colorado joins Frank to give his take on the hollowing out of America’s national security. President Obama is no friend of the military and has already cut half a trillion dollars of cuts in the first two years of administration. The president is throwing money at entitlement programs, while national defense is being squeezed dry. At this point the president is cutting into bone and muscle of the DOD. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate this catastrophe? The president has already claimed that he will veto any bill that tries to circumvent these defense cuts. According to Rep. Lamborn, the only solution is to get Obama out of office and elect a new president next November. There is a year before these cuts go into effect; can anything be done in that time?
Christian Whiton spends time with Frank to speak on the elections coming out of the Arab Spring. “People using democracy to kill democracy” is how Christian describes these elections that seem to be bringing the Islamists to power. How will these turn of events impact regional security and ultimately global security? The Muslim Brotherhood is better organized than any of the other parties in the Middle East and therefore they are better structured to influence an increasingly chaotic region. The Obama Administration seems to be turning a blind eye to these developments and even supporting them under the guise of supporting democracy. The Obama Administration feels that if there are any bad seeds they can be won over through understanding, acceptance and negotiations. Other than submission, how do you win over an enemy that wants to see you dead?
Roger Noriega, expert on Western Hemispheric affairs, explains the stolen election in Nicaragua by Daniel Ortega. Members of the U.S. Senate are speaking out against this fraud which Nicaraguan citizens will be taking to the streets in the coming days to protest. Where is the Obama Administrations outrage over this fraud? Obama spoke out about fraud in Honduras, but is silent when it comes to Nicaragua. Roger explains the hypocrisy coming from the White House, especially in matters pertaining to our own backyard. How can we speak credibly about democracy when this type of action is occurring in our own hemisphere and we remain silent? What does Latin America think of President Obama and American strength?
Jim Hanson brings his boots on the ground perspective to the international affairs. NATO forces killed Pakistani border agents, but who fired first? It seems that the relationship between Pakistan and the United States will not be strengthening, but in fact will keep deteriorating as long as Pakistan continues it double game. How will this strained relationship impact U.S. supply routes into Afghanistan? Vice President Biden is currently in Iraq trying to negotiate an 11th hour deal to extend a significant U.S. force in Iraq beyond the end of the year. Has the Obama Administration finally realized that Iraq is not capable of securing itself just yet and leaving them to their own devices would open the door for nefarious groups, such as Iran, to take control of what could be a strong American ally in the region? America cannot abandon a field of battle that has been won, especially one that could become an ally in a dangerous region. Is Biden really the best person to be negotiating such a deal? Obama has turned his back on Iraq, but is he trying to cover his tail knowing he has made a big mistake? How serious is the president when it comes to securing Iraq?
