Fred Grandy, Taylor Dinerman, Mitch Silber, Bill Gertz
Friday Jan 13, 2012
Friday Jan 13, 2012
Fred Grand starts off today’s show by elaborating on Obama’s comment in regards to reorganizing the commerce and trade department. Does this administration want to consolidate power within the executive branch? In a review of yesterdays interview with Diana West, Fred Grandy explains his view on the Marines eligibly desecrating corpse of Taliban’s combat in Afghanistan. How will the Oklahoma ruling in regards to the Shariah law determine the path for the rest of America?
Space expert Taylor Dinerman joins Frank to explain how America uses space more than any other nation. Space is used for commercial and military capabilities and therefore it is necessary to protect space from hostile nations who seek to use it in order to threaten US security. China is working towards an anti-satellite missile and has joined Russia in looking to weaponize space as well as use space to impact US communications. There is an international agreement to establish laws in the use of space known as the Cod of Conduct, but it undermines America space power. This would limit testing for anti-satellite missiles as well as create a space traffic control program headed by the United Nations that would undermine American sovereignty. Will the Obama Administration concede space to our enemies?
Mitch Silber from the New York Police Department’s Intelligence Division explains how his new book, “The al-Qaeda Factor: Plots Against The West,” analyzes 16 different al-Qaeda plots in both Europe and North America since 1993. By looking into past attacks, units such as the NYPD might be able to thwart future terrorist attacks on the homeland. Al-Qaeda core influence has diminished over the years and they could not achieve their goals without people coming to them from Western nations instead of them going out and recruiting. Conspirators come from the West and policymakers need to understand that, they also need to understand the two main factors that lead a person to violence. Mitch explains that these two factors are political grievances or a literalist interpretation of Islam that calls for violence to combat non-believers. The Obama Administration desires to find that ideology plays no role in extremism, but rather just political grievances, which is a fallacy. A literalist interpretation of Islamic doctrine is at the forefront of violent extremism. Does the Obama Administration properly recognize the threat that America faces? Is the president taking the proper steps to ensure American security?
Finally, Bill Gertz gives his take on the difficulty the president faces in achieving his national security goals as well as institute the defense cuts that he has proposed. Secretary of Defense Panetta is starting to fight back against these cuts and explain how America’s military capabilities will be seriously hindered. American enemies will feel empowered and become more aggressive knowing America has a limited response. Will our allies feel secure and adequately protected by a smaller US force? What is the connection between China’s civilian technology and the military? Gertz also explains how China is trying to influence upcoming Tawain elections. There is economic warfare and the president is weak on combating this growing threat, al-Qaeda wanted to wage an economic jihad against Europe. What does this mean to American financial security?

Thursday Jan 12, 2012
Christopher Holton, Sarah Stern, Diana West
Thursday Jan 12, 2012
Thursday Jan 12, 2012
Christopher Holton an expert on Sharia law discusses the recent court ruling that overturned an Oklahoma ban on courts from considering international or Islamic (Sharia) law and answers questions such as what impact would this have on American businesses dealing with international law. Do American states have any evidence or example of Sharia law being used in American courts? Why do we need this law? Will more states join in passing such an amendment?
Sarah Stern, discusses the U.S.-Saudi Arabia relations as to whether Saudi Arabia is in fact our ally? Every year billions of dollars from the oil revenue go towards funding Sunni Islamist worldwide and white washing the image of Saudi Arabia to hide the human rights abuses in the country. To add to this Saudi Arabia has penetrated the American NGO scene. What is the future of this alliance? Is U.S. paying a heavy price to feed its hunger for oil and love of automobiles?
Diana West closes the show by pointing out how the Republicans have avoided important foreign policy issues of 2012. Diana then moves on to discussing how the efforts of helping and freeing countries such as Afghanistan and Iraq are in vain because the basis of their Constitution is Sharia law, and not democracy for which we have fought long and hard. What factors contributed to a misguided American philosophy of believing that the U.S. can change these countries? Diana talks about the forgotten Polish aircraft that crashed in April 2010 in Russia and the inconsistencies and holes in the Russian report related to the crash. This itself should qualify for an independent inquiry. What was the story behind the crash and what are the factors that indicate foul play and demand an independent inquiry? Diana provides her insight on the issue. She then concludes with her thoughts on the recent violation of dead Afghani civilians by the Marines.

Andy McCarthy, Jeff Kueter, James Carafano, Jim Hanson
Wednesday Jan 11, 2012
Wednesday Jan 11, 2012
Andy McCarthy starts off today’s show explaining how the Obama Administration seems to be circumventing the Constitution at their leisure. What path is the president leading America down and what will be the consequences his actions in regards to American security?
Jim Carafano from The Heritage Foundation discusses the recent defense strategy unveiled by President Obama and what it means for the United States’ defense capabilities. He then explains the concept of Rotational Forces as a part of the defense budget cuts and its implications on active duty servicemen. Will the U.S. be able to carry out its global responsibilities? Will the U.S. become a second class military power in the world as a result of the cuts in its defense budget? Will these factors lead to WWIII?
Jeff Kueter, President of the George C. Marshall Foundation starts with his assessment of America’s position and standing in regards to the Space. He then points out that there are no vigorous exploration programs and the lack of persistence and tolerance for failures of technology used in such programs. If the administration maintained consistency and provided resources could there be a possibility of developing capabilities to strike targets on land from space?
Jim Hanson a former special operations command officer discusses his views about Guantanamo Bay (Gitmo) on its 10th anniversary. The concept of Gitmo has been a brilliant idea as a means of extracting information from hardened radical terrorists, and how appalling it would be close the detention center and send back these terrorists to their home countries to be rehabilitated. The general consensus and feedback from the armed forces has been negative on closing this center and sending these terrorists back so they could rejoin their organizations and fight against the United States. Jim then concludes by expressing his thoughts on Iran’s nuclear program and what the consequences would be if Iran became a nuclear power.

Tuesday Jan 10, 2012
Zuhdi Jasser, Rep. Mike Turner, Reza Kahlili
Tuesday Jan 10, 2012
Tuesday Jan 10, 2012
Zuhdi Jasser explains the Obama Administrations efforts to coddle radical Islamists in the Middle East and seek to appease those who would seek to put America under the rule of Sharia law. Does our government truly understand the Islamist agenda and are we protected from such a threat?
Representative Mike Turner of Ohio joins Fred Grandy inside the Cloakroom to explain what the defense cuts mean to American communities that house defense contractors and Americans who are employed by those contractors. Also, what will these defense cuts mean to U.S. security at home and our interests abroad?
Reza Kahlili spends two segments with Frank to explain Iran’s belligerence and what that means for Israeli security and ultimately American security. Is Iran ready for a war with America? It seems the Ayatollah has ordered the Iranian Revolutionary Guard to prepare for war. Do the people of Iran support this hostile government?

Monday Jan 09, 2012
Mark Krikorian, Chris Kyle, Gordon Chang
Monday Jan 09, 2012
Monday Jan 09, 2012
Mark Krikorian explains how the Obama Administration is rubbing stamping immigrant waiver applications to any illegal immigrant married to a U.S. citizen thereby bypassing Congress and the immigration law. Mark then goes into how Homeland Security’s General Council produced an internal memo that listed ways to circumvent aspects of the immigration law in order to approve immigrant applications and provide Amnesty to illegals. The president is ruling by decree and feels American laws and Congress are just impediments to his own desires. The Department of Justice is suing states for their own immigration law if it somehow differs from Obama’s priorities. Obama feels the states must follow his rule and what he wants done. The president is supposed to work for the people, not rule over them like a monarch. What road is this king-like president taking America down? What type of people is he allowing to stay in the United States? What is the point of laws if the president does not follow them and where is Congress in all of this?
Retired Navy SEAL Team 3 operator Chris Kyle spends time with Frank to talk about his new book “American Sniper: Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History.” Kyle has been dubbed “Legend” by his comrades and “The Devil of Rhamadi” by his enemies. Kyle has a confirmed 160 kills, the most ever in the U.S. military and explains how that was only possible do to the skill and excellence of the American fighting force in which he served. Kyle also explains how America won the war in Iraq and it is time that Iraq take control of its own country, but the withdrawal did not have to be so expedited. The cuts to America’s armed forces will leave some in uniform under quipped, making their job harder to do. The Obama Administration is planning on doubling the amount of Special Operators like Kyle, but with fewer resources and less support from conventional forces. SpecOps cannot take the lead in going after America’s enemies, conventional forces are what makes SpecOps successful and therefore are needed in order for men like Chris Kyle to do their jobs.
Gordon Chang closes today’s show with his analysis of the Asian economic slump with is causing most countries in the region to slow down to even contract. This slump can be traced back to the European crisis and Asia sees that crisis as having a long term impact. Export factors in China are closing and any growth the country sees may be just around 1 or 2%. The Communist Party has staked their future on economic growth and without that growth the people will question the government beyond the current unrest which has already gripped the nation. The Chinese government tore down a mosque angering the local Muslim population and thereby creating enemies and conflicts. This is just another example of the Communist party trying to control religion. China is worried America may be paying more attention to their activities. What will this mean for security in the region? What will be the future of North Korea after 6 or 12 months under Kin Jung Un and with the military vying for more power?

Friday Jan 06, 2012
Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin
Friday Jan 06, 2012
Friday Jan 06, 2012
Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin (USA Ret.) spends a full hour with Frank to give his analysis on a nuclear Iran and the future of America’s armed forces after staggering cuts to the defense budget. Lt. Gen. Boykin feels that a nuclear Iran would not only be detrimental to Middle Eastern security, but security in a global context. Can America meet this possible threat considering the cuts that the Obama Administration has inflicted on our military?

Thursday Jan 05, 2012
Mark Theissen, Supna Zaidi, Fred Grandy
Thursday Jan 05, 2012
Thursday Jan 05, 2012
Mark Theissen opens today’s show with his analysis of how the Obama Administration is inviting the next attack. These type of defense cuts will leave America open to another attack that could be more horrific than 9/11. We need to build our budget around our strategy instead of building our strategy around our budget. Boeing will be closing a huge plant in Wichita, Kansas that will put over 2100 people out of work because the president does not feel defense is important to America and our economy. The Obama Administration is willing to release a mass murderer, someone who has committed atrocities against humanity in order to secure peace talks with the Taliban. The Taliban sees America’s willingness to negotiate as a sign of submission and this is emboldening our enemy to become more aggressive and seek greater concessions on the part of the American forces. What is the cost of these defense cuts to our economy and our security?
Supna Zaidi from the Lawfare Project spends time with Frank to explain how her organization is fighting to defend the Constitution and liberty against those who seek to use legal means to censor or diminish liberty. India is using their legal system to force international internet provides, such as Google, to remove any content that is deemed offensive to normal sensibilities. Also, the Turkish government has used legal means to jail critics of Islam and the OIC has advocated the use of legal systems around the world in order to push Sharia onto free societies. Will Islamists in America turn to our courts in order to push their Sharia agenda onto our free society?
Fred Grandy spends two segments with Frank to give his analysis on the Iowa Caucuses as well as what Congress needs to do in order to ensure national security and stave off cataclysmic cuts to defense and our freedoms. Will there be Congressional hearings to help protect Americans? The Obama Administration is willing to release high ranking Taliban leaders from Guantanamo Bay in return for the Taliban to open peace talks with us. Are we submitting to the enemy? Where is Congress in preventing such a disastrous chain of events from occurring?

Wednesday Jan 04, 2012
Christian Adams, Jose Cardenas, Jim Hanson
Wednesday Jan 04, 2012
Wednesday Jan 04, 2012
Christian Adams joins Frank to explain how the Holder Justice Department and the Obama Administration as a whole is working to undermine voter’s rights in the United States and the territory of Guam.
Jose Cardenas spends time with Frank to enlighten us on the ever evolving relationship between Iran and Latin America and although the Obama Administration has taken notice of this connection, what are they doing about it?
Finally, Jim Hanson gives his boots on the ground perspective on the growing turmoil with Iran. What does this mean for American security?

Tuesday Jan 03, 2012
Michael Rubin, Gordon Chang, Andy McCarthy
Tuesday Jan 03, 2012
Tuesday Jan 03, 2012
Michael Rubin joins Frank in segment one to explain how Iran could only really close the Strait of Hormuz for no more than a day because it needs to import gas as well as export oil for its own economy. Iran is trying to psychologically increase oil prices in order to reap the benefits. Michael Rubin then touches on the relationship between the Egyptian military and the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt’s military leaders are more like businessman than soldiers and therefore are willing to make a deal with the Muslim Brotherhood if it is beneficially. What will this mean to Egypt and the region? Will the Muslim Brotherhood destroy the military in order to gain sole control over Egypt? What are the implications of the Prime Minister of Hamas visiting Turkey at the behest of the Turkish government?
Gordon Chang joins Frank to speak on how the North Korean regime is trying to show solidarity for Kim Jung Un while China is determined to maintain stability within the Korean peninsula by propping up the new North Korean leader. China is doing its best to put money and resources into Kim Jung Un which would make North Korea essentially the fourth Chinese province. China will end up absorbing North Korea and therefore everything North Korea does will be an extension of Chinese foreign policy. China’s support to rogue regimes does not end with North Korea, but is also extended to Iran. Will China become more hostile in 2012 and how will China use the Law of the Sea Treaty to restrict international waterways?
Andy McCarthy spends twice the amount of time with Frank in order to educate us on the cost of American security. Is America really to blame for the world’s problems? Is the root of Islamic extremism and Islamic terrorism ideology or some outside factor? Paul Stockton, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Security, refused to acknowledge the threat to America posed by Islamic extremism and Islamic terrorism. He refused to even utter those words in a Congressional testimony as part of the Obama Administration’s appeasement platform. In fact, the Obama Administration is turning to an Islamic extremist that has advocated the death of U.S. soldiers in order to broker a deal with the Taliban. Also, the president is welcoming the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, who wants to abandon the peace treaty with Israel. Was does this mean for Israeli security and who will the Israelis turn to for help, America?
